Shipping timelines and return eligibility
We aim to dispatch all research compounds quickly and transparently. Below you will find our delivery commitments and how to request a refund should your order fall outside our service promise.
Dispatch & delivery
- Orders confirmed before 14:00 GMT ship the same business day whenever possible.
- Tracked UK shipments typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days.
- International deliveries (EU & USA) normally arrive within 4 to 7 business days, subject to customs clearance.
- Tracking details are emailed as soon as the courier collects your parcel.
Cold-chain handling
Temperature-sensitive items ship with insulated packaging and cold packs during warmer months. Please refrigerate materials immediately upon receipt in line with the enclosed handling guidelines.
Refund eligibility
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing.
- Provide photos of the packaging and product condition so we can investigate with the courier.
- Returns are accepted for unopened vials stored according to the handling instructions.
- Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
