Shipping timelines and return eligibility

We aim to dispatch all research compounds quickly and transparently. Below you will find our delivery commitments and how to request a refund should your order fall outside our service promise.

Dispatch & delivery

  • Orders confirmed before 14:00 GMT ship the same business day whenever possible.
  • We ship to UK addresses only. Tracked deliveries typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Tracking details are emailed as soon as the courier collects your parcel.

Cold-chain handling

Temperature-sensitive items ship with insulated packaging and cold packs during warmer months. Please refrigerate materials immediately upon receipt in line with the enclosed handling guidelines.

Refund eligibility

  • If your order arrives in good condition and matches what you ordered, we cannot provide a refund when you simply change your mind or no longer want the items.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing.
  • Provide photos of the packaging and product condition so we can investigate with the courier.
  • Returns are accepted for unopened vials stored according to the handling instructions.
  • Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
